- Job Title: ITI Fitter (Installation)

- Job Summary: Responsible for hands-on assembly, structural fitting, and physical installation of architectural glass, aluminium systems, and structural façades across active site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read, interpret, and execute site installation based on architectural CAD layouts, elevation drawings, and shop drawings.
- Perform layout marking, drilling, anchoring, and alignment of structural brackets, spiders, patch fittings, and aluminium sub-frames.
- Handle, position, and install structural glass panels, curtain walls, spider glazing, glass railings, and window systems safely.
- Apply weather-sealants, structural silicone, gaskets, and flashing to ensure air/water tightness and aesthetic finish.
- Operate field equipment including power tools, vacuum suction lifters, torque wrenches, laser levels, and scaffolding platforms.




- Perform pre-installation quality checks on delivered glass and hardware to identify transit defects or dimension mismatches.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: ITI Certificate in Fitter, Structural Fabrication, or relevant mechanical trade.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of practical field experience in structural glass, window systems, or building façade installation.
- Technical Skills: Precision measurement, leveling techniques, structural anchoring, and sealant application.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work safely at high elevation using cradles, boom lifts, and scaffolding; capacity to handle heavy material lifting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
