About the Role

BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a confident and result-oriented Patient Counsellor to handle patient enquiries and convert interested leads into clinic appointments.

The role involves speaking with people who enquire about BallDerma's skin, hair, laser, body and aesthetic treatments through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

The selected candidate should be comfortable speaking with potential patients, understanding their concerns, explaining the next steps clearly and following up consistently until an appointment is booked.

This is a lead conversion and patient counselling role. It is not a general telecalling position.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new leads received through digital marketing campaigns, website enquiries, WhatsApp, calls and other sources.
- Respond to new enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand the patient's skin, hair, body or aesthetic concern before recommending a consultation with the doctor.
- Explain BallDerma's treatments and consultation process clearly.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed consultation appointments.
- Follow up consistently with interested patients who have not yet booked.
- Handle patient questions and common objections professionally.
- Communicate through calls and WhatsApp based on the patient's preference.
- Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages.
- Reconnect with missed, cancelled and unconverted leads.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up notes in the clinic's CRM or lead management system.
- Track appointments booked, patient visits and conversions.
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team regarding scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with patients after consultations when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled communication at all times.
- Work towards assigned appointment and conversion targets.




- Provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in patient counselling, healthcare sales, aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, cosmetology, wellness, dental clinics or a similar customer-facing sales role preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with potential patients over the phone.
- Good WhatsApp communication skills.
- Ability to understand a patient's concern and communicate with empathy.
- Comfortable working with follow-up and conversion targets.
- Persistent with follow-ups without being aggressive with patients.
- Organised and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Marathi would be an advantage.

Salary

Final salary will depend on the candidate's previous experience, communication skills, lead conversion ability and overall suitability for the role.
