- Design and build AI agents, agent loops, tools, and orchestration workflows.
- Develop RAG solutions with a focus on chunking strategies, metadata filtering, and controlled vocabularies.
- Implement prompt engineering, versioning, evaluation, and model reasoning frameworks.
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations using OpenAPI standards.
- Design event-driven backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Develop operational dashboards and user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and Kubernetes.

RequirementsCompetencies

- AI & Agent Engineering.
- Solid Python skills, including asyncio and async/await.
- Experience with:
- Agent architectures and agent loops.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Tool design and orchestration.
- RAG implementations.
- Prompt engineering and evaluation.
- Familiarity with OpenAI and/or Anthropic agent frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and agent orchestration frameworks such as Strands.
- Backend & Distributed Systems.
- Strong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Experience with MongoDB, including document modeling, transactions,



and change streams.
- Experience with Kafka, including partitioning, consumer groups, DLQs, and delivery guarantees.
- Understanding of:
- Optimistic concurrency control.
- Transactional Outbox pattern.
- Idempotent consumers.
- Exactly-once processing.
- Event-driven architectures Frontend & Cloud.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS cloud services.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building enterprise AI platforms or agent-based applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed system consistency and reliability patterns.
