Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Bank Exam Trainers to train and mentor aspirants preparing for IBPS, SBI, RRB, RBI, and other banking examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and exam-oriented coaching classes for banking aspirants.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Banking Awareness, and Current Affairs.
- Explain concepts and shortcuts clearly to improve students' speed and accuracy.
- Prepare study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students develop effective exam strategies and time-management skills.
- Stay updated with the latest banking exam notifications, syllabus, and exam patterns.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of banking competitive exam subjects.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
