We are looking for skilled Quantity Surveyors (Civil) with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team in Tripunithura. The role involves managing project costs, preparing estimates, monitoring budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency across construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material analysis
- Monitor project expenditures and financial progress
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
- Solid knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Proficiency in cost estimation and project budgeting
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
