BIM Implementation Specialist – Digital Delivery

Job Summary

We are looking for a BIM Implementation Specialist – Digital Delivery to support the implementation, adoption, and optimization of BIM and digital delivery workflows across projects. The role will work closely with project teams, BIM managers, designers, and clients to establish efficient digital processes, standards, and technology-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery processes across projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project standards, templates, and workflows.
- Support project teams in adopting BIM and digital construction technologies.
- Configure and manage BIM workflows using platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Establish and monitor model coordination, information exchange, and CDE workflows.
- Conduct BIM audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.




- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve BIM and information-management issues.
- Provide training and technical support to BIM users and project teams.
- Assist in implementing ISO 19650 principles and information management practices.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and project performance metrics related to digital delivery.
- Evaluate new BIM/digital tools and recommend improvements to existing workflows.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand digital delivery requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of BIM processes and digital delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360 or similar platforms.
- Understanding of ISO 19650, BEP, CDE, LOD/LOIN and BIM standards.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and model QA/QC.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Dynamo is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to train users and drive BIM adoption across teams.
