Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Vinsum Axpress is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions in partnership with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and maintain talent pipelines, support workforce planning, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, leveraging recruitment platforms and networks, maintaining accurate candidate records, and tracking key recruitment metrics.



The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, supports onboarding coordination, and aligns hiring activities with organizational goals and policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess candidates effectively and support informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to help promote the organization as an attractive place to work and enhance candidate engagement.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and teams.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online recruitment platforms; proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of current recruitment practices, local labor market trends, and relevant employment regulations.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition or HR in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
