Roles

- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gold and diamond jewellery.
- Team Management: Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop recent clientele, including high-value customers.
- Product Knowledge: Ensure the team has strong knowledge of gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), jewellery designs, pricing, and certifications.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily showroom sales activities, customer handling, visual merchandising, and inventory coordination.

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
