Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to join our admissions and student relations team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, help them choose the right language programs, and provide continuous support to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel and guide students on various foreign language courses offered by the institute.

* Understand students’ academic and career goals to recommend suitable programs.

* Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

* Manage the complete admissions process—from initial contact to final enrollment.

* Maintain and update student databases and follow up with leads effectively.





* Organize and participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and open-house events.

* Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

* Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve counseling and marketing strategies.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience as an Education Counselor, Academic Advisor, or in student admissions (experience in a language institute or study abroad organization preferred).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

* Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
