Social Media Marketing Intern – India E-Commerce Ltd (IECL)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

India E-Commerce Ltd (IECL) is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, basic video editing, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Create engaging content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, comedy sketches, digital gags, and other social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts, including regular posting, scheduling, audience engagement, post collaborations, influencer/creator collaborations, and social media campaigns.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics using relevant analytics tools.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the team to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas and campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Use Canva to create promotional creatives, thumbnails, social media posts, and other graphics.




- Basic Video Editing: Edit short-form videos using CapCut, VN, or similar tools, including cuts, transitions, text, subtitles, music, and basic effects.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain content calendars, social media records, campaign data, and performance reports using MS Excel and MS Office.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Creative mindset with fresh and engaging ideas
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Familiarity with social media posting, scheduling, collaborations, and audience engagement
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or similar tools
- Proficiency in Canva, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment
- Prior experience in social media or content creation is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
