Responsibilities Direct and manage the comprehensive quality management system for both the precast plant and associated construction sites.

Develop, deploy, and maintain robust quality protocols, detailed inspection plans, and standardized checklists tailored to precast production workflows.

Verify that all precast components are fabricated and assembled in exact accordance with approved technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the entire production lifecycle, starting from the inspection of incoming raw materials and continuing through manufacturing, curing, and final dispatch.

Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions promptly.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of QA/QC staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements Requirements: Minimum 14 years of total experience in construction/infrastructure/precast.





Minimum 78 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC management.

PRECAST EXPERIENCE OF 68 YEARS IS MANDATORY.

Robust hands-on experience in precast manufacturing, production quality and site erection quality is mandatory.

Experience handling large-scale/high-volume precast plants and projects will be preferred.
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Additional qualification in Quality Management / Construction Management will be an advantage.
12 - 18 years
Build and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015 Lead internal quality audits and fix any gaps found Coordinate with certified labs (NABL) to test materials and finished products Inspect precast components and site installations for quality issues Maintain quality documentation/certificates for corporate clients Train site engineers and factory teams on quality practices
