Global Digital Finance and FP&A; Business Partner Job Details Location: Chennai Job family: Finance Business area: Corporate Performance Role scope: Global Reports to: Deputy CFO Travel: International, as needed Role Overview BSRI Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an international business for a global finance role.

You will support performance management with accurate, forward-looking analysis of commercial results, costs and cash.

You will also improve finance data, reporting and the use of AI-enabled tools so leaders can make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities Deliver recurring and ad hoc FP&A; reporting across commercial, cost and cash performance; identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Build forecasts, scenarios, financial models and KPI reports that support senior leadership decisions.

Improve master data and reporting structures to provide consistent, reliable financial information across teams.

Use generative AI tools, including Copilot, and predictive analytics to strengthen reporting and forecasting.

Turn analysis into recommendations on pricing, margins, cost efficiency, EBITDA, working capital and cash flow.

Partner with finance colleagues and senior stakeholders across regions,



presenting complex findings as explicit actions.

Qualifications and Skills Masters degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration, or an equivalent qualification.

At least five years of experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or business performance management in a multinational environment.

Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis skills, with advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; SAP or Anaplan experience is an advantage.

Practical experience with generative AI in finance, especially Copilot; machine learning or Python experience is a plus.

Sound business judgment and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders and work across cultures and functions.

Professional fluency in English; additional languages and a CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or CFA qualification are advantages.
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration, or an equivalent
qualification.
