We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to lead and support Compensation activities, including annual compensation cycles, enhancements, configuration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

Lead and support Compensation implementation and support activities.

Manage annual compensation cycles and enhancements.

Configure Compensation processes and custom compensation statements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.

Coordinate with business and cross-functional teams.

Support other SuccessFactors modules when required.

Independently manage and drive the Compensation workstream.

Requirements Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

Minimum 1 Compensation implementation and 1 support project.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is mandatory.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.





Ability to independently lead Compensation activities.

Good to Have Experience with custom compensation statements.

Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

5+ years
6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO Robust experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or conversion projects Expertise in FI modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting Strong knowledge of Controlling (CO): CCA, PCA, Internal Orders Experience with MM–FI and SD–FI integration Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics Experience in requirement gathering, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and UAT Good communication skills and experience working with global clients Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred
