KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions.

Define architecture, security, governance and compliance standards.

Conduct client discovery workshops and shape AI roadmaps.

Introduce GenAI and agentic patterns into ServiceNow workflows.

Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams.

Drive stakeholder management, innovation and sustainable delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS Advanced ServiceNow architecture: App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Apps.

Virtual Agent, AI Search and Now Assist.

LLM integration, prompt engineering and AI evaluation.

Agentic AI, orchestration, RAG and vector search concepts.

Azure OpenAI / AWS / GCP AI services and AI observability.





Responsible AI, governance and compliance.

REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth and SAML.

Solid client communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
