Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Core Developer Location: Bangalore | Experience: 810 Years CTC: Up to 21 LPA Role Overview We are looking for an experienced OIM Core Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Identity Manager, IAM, Java/J2EE and ADF.

The role involves developing OIM solutions, connectors, workflows and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy OIM event handlers, scheduled jobs, SOA workflows and custom connectors.

Configure and customize connectors for LDAP, DB, SCIM, REST and WebServices.

Troubleshoot provisioning and reconciliation issues and provide fixes.

Develop OIM solutions using Java, Groovy, ADF and APIs. Integrate OIM with AD, LDAP, databases, cloud and enterprise applications.

Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and production operations.

Prepare technical documentation and support audit/compliance requirements.

Lead teams and deliver complex IAM projects.





Required Skills 810 years in IAM with 5+ years in OIM 11gR2/12c.

Strong OIM development and administration experience.

IAM concepts: RBAC, lifecycle management and governance.

Strong Java/J2EE and ADF programming.

Team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Oracle OIM Certification, Git, Jenkins, Maven and BitBucket.
Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
8-10 YEARS
8–10 years in IAM with 5+ years in OIM 11gR2/12c.
