Key Responsibilities: Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions Act as an SME and manage technical teams Drive integrated IT operations and multi-tower service management Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions Architect scalable and adaptable solutions Identify and resolve technical risks and challenges Drive continuous improvement initiatives Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams Required Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
