This is a remote position.

We are looking for experienced Conversion Agents who speak Hindi or Urdu to join our remote team.

Position Requirements: - Must be fluent in Hindi or Urdu plus English (managers manage in English; English is not for phone speaking) - Previous experience as a Conversion Agent is required - Ability to work remotely - Must have own PC/laptop and skilled headset - Strong communication and customer service skills - Motivated, target-oriented, able to work independently - Regulated company must have previous experience working for a Forex company Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 9-hour shift including 1-hour lunch break Compensation & Benefits: - Basic salary: $500$750 per month, depending on experience - Competitive commission structure - Performance-based promotions and career growth - Remote working environment Note: Previous conversion/sales experience is essential.
