About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor – Interior Projects to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure interior projects are executed according to approved designs, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of interior execution, good coordination skills, and the ability to manage workers, contractors, vendors, and site activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities -

Supervise day-to-day interior project execution at assigned sites. - Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other site workers. -

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications. - Monitor the quality of workmanship, materials, and finishing. - Check measurements and ensure proper execution of site work.

- Coordinate with the interior design and project management teams.

- Plan and monitor daily site activities and work progress. - Ensure projects remain on schedule and report delays or issues promptly.

- Identify site-related problems and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve them.

- Monitor material deliveries and ensure materials are available when required.

- Maintain proper site discipline, cleanliness, and safety.

- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates.

- Take photographs and prepare regular site progress reports. -

Ensure proper finishing and attention to detail before project handover.

- Coordinate snagging,



rectification, and final finishing work.

Requirements - 6 months to 2 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior project execution.

- Diploma, ITI, or relevant qualification in Interior Design, Civil, Construction, or a related field is preferred.

- Practical knowledge of interior works and construction processes.

- Basic understanding of interior drawings and measurements. -

Knowledge of carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other interior works.

- Ability to coordinate and supervise workers and contractors. -

Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and quality. - Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel/work at project sites across Mumbai. Preferred Skills - Experience with residential, commercial, office, retail, or luxury interior projects.

- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and material requirements. -

Good knowledge of Mumbai-based contractors, vendors, and site practices will be an advantage.
