Urgently hiring an IT Support Engineer for Worli location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software support to employees.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and basic IT issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, access, and IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical issues when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain basic IT documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT or related field with relevant experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
