About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our institution’s online presence, optimize our website for SEO, and develop effective digital marketing strategies. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for teaching digital marketing concepts to students in a structured and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize website content for SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO) to improve search rankings.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to enhance engagement.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversions using Google Analytics & Search Console.
- Website Management:
- Update and maintain the institution’s website (WordPress/Wix/other CMS).
- Ensure fast loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and security.
- Implement lead-generation strategies (landing pages, forms, CTAs).




- Teaching & Training:
- Conduct structured digital marketing courses/workshops for students.
- Cover topics like SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.
- Provide hands-on training with real-world case studies.
- Content & Analytics:
- Create blog posts, videos, and infographics to attract organic traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing & SEO.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Ability to teach digital marketing concepts clearly (prior teaching/training experience preferred).
- Excellent communication & content creation skills (English & Tamil preferred).
