Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic MIS Head to lead our Management Information Systems function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data management, reporting systems, and analytics while driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the MIS team and ensure smooth operations

Design, develop, and implement MIS strategies and reporting frameworks

Oversee preparation of accurate and timely business reports and dashboards

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all systems

Introduce and implement latest MIS tools, technologies, and automation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and analysis

Provide actionable insights to support business growth and decision-making

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across departments

Improve efficiency through process optimization and automation

Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in MIS / Data Management

Solid experience in team handling and leadership

Post Graduate in M.Sc. Data Analyst/ any related discipline

Mandatory knowledge of latest MIS tools and technologies

Strong expertise in using advanced AI tools for data analysis, automation, reporting, decision making and to enhance analytical and business outcomes.

(e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
