About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, result-oriented Presales Head to lead our inside sales and tele-calling engine for premium residential mandate projects in Pune.

In this role, you will own the entire lead lifecycle—from incoming digital inquiries to scheduled on-site visits. If you understand the Pune residential property landscape, know how to extract maximum output from CRM pipelines, and have a proven track record of converting leads into footfalls, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and drive daily productivity (dials, talk time, follow-ups) for an inside sales/telecalling team.
- Lead Conversion: Qualify and nurture inbound leads from digital campaigns (Meta/Google), portals (99acres/Magicbricks), and channel partner networks into confirmed site visits.




- CRM & Funnel Discipline: Enforce strict lead tracking, slash response turnaround times, eliminate lead leakages, and maintain daily/weekly MIS reporting.
- Sales Handoff: Coordinate seamlessly with on-site closing teams to ensure verified prospect handovers and high visit-to-booking ratios.
- Training & Coaching: Upskill callers on pitch delivery, objection handling, and Pune micro-market trends.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–8+ years of core presales/inside sales experience within real estate (Developer, IPC, or Mandate firm preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience leading a team of tele-callers.
- Strong working knowledge of real estate CRMs (Sell.Do, LeadSquared, etc.).
- Thorough understanding of Pune’s residential market and customer demographics.
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and target-driven execution skills.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
