About the Role
Deepwear is looking for a proactive and organised Merchandiser to support our international merchandising operations. This is a hands-on role focused on factory sourcing, supplier management, factory evaluation, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with factories, visiting suppliers when required, building strong supplier relationships, and providing accurate factory and production information to Project Managers and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify new factories and suppliers based on product, quality, capacity, pricing, and project requirements.
- Evaluate and audit factories and conduct factory visits when required to assess facilities, capabilities, quality, capacity, and production processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and suppliers across different countries and regions.
- Onboard qualified factories into the CRM and keep supplier information accurate and up to date, including capabilities, specialisations, certifications, capacity, lead times, and other relevant details.
- Research and recommend suitable factories based on specific project and client requirements.
- Provide Project Managers and the wider team with clear, accurate, and timely supplier and production information whenever required.
- Support Project Managers with factory coordination, quotations, samples, production information, timelines, and follow-ups.




- Manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups with factories and suppliers, ensuring project requirements and information are communicated clearly and on time.
- Identify and communicate potential supplier, production, or communication issues and help find practical solutions.
- Support the management of multiple international brands and projects while continuously developing Deepwear’s factory and supplier network.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, sourcing, supplier management, production, fashion, apparel, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with factories and suppliers.
- Good understanding of factory sourcing, evaluation, and production capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel for factory visits and supplier meetings.
- Strong communication, organisation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
