Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
Preference: Local candidates will be preferred
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Surat.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for business development and achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into potential business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.




Track sales/business development activities and maintain proper records.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of the Surat market will be an advantage.
Local candidates from Surat will be preferred.
