Production Coordinator – 2D Animation

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Production Coordinator to support our 2D Animation production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with artists and production teams, tracking project progress, maintaining reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with artists, animators, leads, supervisors, and production teams.
- Track project schedules, shots/scenes, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain production trackers and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Monitor task progress and follow up on pending activities.
- Assist with task allocation and resource coordination.
- Identify production bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Support smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Production or Project Coordination.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of the 2D Animation Production Pipeline.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate with teams, and manage deadlines.
- Prior experience in Animation, VFX, or Creative Production is preferred.
