Job Title: Secondary Arts Teacher - Vibgyor High
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Secondary Arts Teacher to teach students at the secondary school level. The successful candidate will develop students' artistic skills, creativity, confidence, and appreciation of visual arts through engaging classroom instruction and practical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Teach drawing, painting, sketching, craft, design, and other forms of visual arts.
- Introduce students to different artists, art movements, techniques, and cultures.
- Organize practical activities, art projects, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Encourage students to express their ideas creatively and develop their individual artistic styles.
- Assess students' artwork, assignments, and overall progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and additional support where required.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring art classroom.
- Manage and maintain art materials, equipment, and resources.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into Art lessons.
- Maintain student records, lesson plans, assessments, and other academic documentation.
- Participate in school events, meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification/certification as required by the school or education board.
- Previous experience teaching secondary-level students is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of art techniques, materials, and art history.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
