Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to support our business operations and growth initiatives. This internship provides practical exposure to customer coordination, business development, market research, sales support, and real estate operations.

The trainee will work with the team on assigned activities and projects while developing practical business and management skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day business activities and team operations.
- Support business development and customer acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with customers, property owners, and internal teams.
- Assist with lead management and follow-up activities.
- Collect and organize market and property-related information.
- Support property promotion and marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining business records.
- Track assigned activities and provide regular updates to the team.
- Participate in meetings and support business projects.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within timelines.

Education

- MBA / PGDM students or graduates.
- Management students.
- Any Graduate interested in business and real estate.




- Freshers are welcome.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of business and management concepts.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Interest in business development and real estate.

Internship & Compensation

- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000.
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided over and above the stipend.
- Incentives are available to eligible interns based on assigned targets and performance.
- Eligible incentives will be calculated for the applicable performance period and paid along with the respective monthly payout, as per company policy.
