HRBP – Sales Hiring & HR Operations

Experience: 3–6 years in HRBP / HR Operations, preferably with strong experience in Sales hiring.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Job Description:

- Handle end-to-end Sales hiring and recruitment process.
- Manage joining, onboarding, documentation and Full & Final settlement.
- Manage employee lifecycle and HR operations for the Sales team.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company HR policies, processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Sales managers for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Handle employee concerns, attendance, performance and attrition-related matters.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records and recruitment reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR and Sales teams.

Preferred Candidate: Male & Female candidate with hands-on experience in Sales hiring, employee lifecycle management, Full & Final, HR policies and HRBP/HR Operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
