We are looking for a Tele Caller cum Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to counsel and guide potential clients/students. This role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and assisting individuals in making informed decisions about our services/courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our services/courses.
- Counsel potential clients/students based on their needs and interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to ensure conversions.
- Maintain records of conversations and update the database regularly.
- Follow up with interested candidates to maximize engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

- Education:



Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and persuasive ability.
- Good listening skills and a problem-solving approach.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused mindset with a polite and professional attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (preferred but not mandatory).
