We're looking for creative and analytical minds who want to master AI-powered social media, performance marketing, and growth strategy.

This internship is built for candidates who want hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI content creation, consumer psychology, and marketing analytics while working on real startup campaigns.

You'll work closely with founders, designers, and growth marketers to build campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Full-Time Opportunity
After successful completion of the internship, candidates will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a salary of up to ₹35,000/month, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Growth (SMO)

- Build monthly content calendars and publishing strategy
- Optimize Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube profiles
- Research viral trends, creators, and competitors
- Write captions, hooks, and content briefs
- Collaborate with video editors and designers




- Improve organic reach through platform best practices

AI Content Marketing

- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude & Perplexity for content ideation
- Generate AI-assisted marketing copy and campaign ideas
- Create content frameworks for Reels, Shorts & LinkedIn
- Study audience behavior and engagement patterns
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Performance Marketing

- Assist in launching Meta Ads campaigns
- Support Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA & ROAS
- Conduct audience targeting and retargeting research
- Perform creative and landing page A/B testing

Marketing Analytics

- Track campaign performance using GA4 and Meta Business Suite
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze customer acquisition and conversion funnels
- Recommend improvements using data-driven insights
