CRUX Mobility , an authorised dealer of Ultraviolet Superbike is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented service advisor cum incharge to join our automotive dealership/service team.This dual role is common in small to mid-sized service centers or dealerships where a single qualified manages both customer relations and basic floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consulting: Greet customers, understand vehicle complaints, and document them on the repair order.
- Cost & Time Estimation: Provide accurate job cards, initial cost estimates, and expected delivery times to customers.
- Upselling: Recommend additional services, value-added products, and extended warranties.
- Billing & Delivery: Explain the final invoice details, handle payments, and hand over the vehicle back to the customer.




- Floor & Team Supervision: Assign jobs to technicians, monitor workshop flow, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Quality Control (QC): Act as the final checkpoint (or manage Pre-Delivery Inspection/PDI) to ensure vehicles are properly repaired before customer delivery.
- Inventory Coordination: Oversee the availability of spare parts and liaise with the parts department to avoid technical delays.
- Complaint Escalation: Take charge of difficult customer complaints, technical stalemates, or service delays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
