S.N & Company is looking for an experienced General Manager – Civil Projects- Commercial Govt museums to lead project planning, execution, coordination and overall project performance across multiple civil construction projects, preferably with Government / Institutional project experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor end-to-end execution of multiple civil projects. from UPRNN, C&DS;
- Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, Billing, QA/QC and site teams.
- Drive project time, cost, quality, productivity and resource management.
- Review DPR/WPR, project schedules, progress and critical activities.
- Coordinate with Government departments, clients, consultants, architects and contractors.
- Monitor BOQ, billing, measurements, material planning and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and project specifications.
- Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site reviews and management-level project meetings.
- Provide strategic inputs to management for project planning and business growth.

Software / Technical Skills





Solid working knowledge of:

- MS Project / Primavera P6 – Project Planning & Scheduling
- AutoCAD – Drawing review & coordination
- MS Excel / Advanced Excel – MIS, costing & project analysis
- MS Office – Reports, presentations & documentation
- Knowledge of ERP / Project Management Software will be an advantage.
- Ability to interpret GFC drawings, BOQ, BBS, DPR/WPR and project schedules.

Candidate Profile

- More than 15+ years of proven experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Experience handling large-scale Government / Institutional / Infrastructure projects preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodology, contracts, planning, billing and execution.
- Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory.
