We are hiring Tele Collections Executives to handle Personal Loan and Business Loan collections through inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves following up on overdue EMI payments, resolving customer concerns, negotiating repayment plans, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments
- Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments
- Explain payment requirements and negotiate suitable repayment plans
- Handle customer queries, payment concerns, disputes, and escalations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in CRM
- Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations when required




- Follow defined collection procedures and company policies
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the collection process

Eligibility Criteria

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Loan Collections, Customer Service, NBFC, or BFSI
- Candidates with relevant loan collection experience will be preferred
- 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply
- Good English communication and convincing skills
- Proficiency in Hindi or Kannada preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Age below 30 years
