Field Sales Executive – Cement & Steel Industry

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Noida / NCR, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad

Industry: Cement, Steel, TMT & Construction Materials

Job Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, dealers, contractors, builders and project locations.

* Generate new leads through cold visits, references and market networking.

* Identify upcoming construction projects and develop new business opportunities.

* Meet contractors, builders, dealers and purchase teams to generate orders.

* Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

* Negotiate prices and close sales/orders.

* Monitor competitor pricing, market demand and customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch and delivery.

* Follow up for outstanding payments/collections.





* Submit daily/weekly reports covering field visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of field sales experience in cement, steel, TMT, construction materials or a similar industry.

* Good knowledge of the Noida/NCR market.

* Existing contacts with contractors, builders, dealers or construction companies preferred.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Must be comfortable with daily travelling and extensive field work.

* Target-oriented with strong lead-generation and sales-conversion skills.

* Graduate preferred.
