Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format project documentation, letters, tenders, and official correspondence.
- Perform data entry for daily progress reports, billing sheets, store inventory, and staff records.
- Manage online uploading of documents on government/HPPWD/PMGSY portals as required.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy record retrieval.
Preferred Requirements:
- Quick typing speed (English & Hindi) with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet operations.
- Prior experience handling documentation for government contractors or civil engineering firms.
Pay: ₹9,153.27 - ₹20,941.80 per month
Experience:
- Computer operation: 3 years (Preferred)
