Job Description:

NSure Presales - Techno Functional Consultant – Life Insurance

Role Purpose: Technical knowledge with deep Life Insurance domain and product expertise and translate customer requirements into viable software solutions during presales.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze General Insurance business requirements from RFP/RFI and customer processes on Core System and front end solutions
- Knowledge on Middle Office engine with Rules and Workflows
- Technical knowledge on Java, Springboot, RDBMS Databases, Cloud services, API
- Lead or participate in discovery sessions and customer workshops.
- Provide expertise across New Business, Product Configuration, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premiums, Renewals, Endorsements, Claims, Payments, Commissions, Reinsurance and Policy Servicing.
- Map requirements to product capabilities and identify configuration, customization and gaps.
- Good understanding and knowledge on the technical and architecture of the solution
- Co-ordinate with product tech team and infra team
- Ability to prepare the implementation plan for Water fall,



Agile and Hybrid
- Design solution flows and functional architecture.
- Conduct product demonstrations and scenario walkthroughs.
- Prepare Technical RFP/RFI responses, Presentations and support PoCs.
- Work with BAs on requirements and documentation.
- Coordinate feasibility with Sales, Product and Technology teams.
- Support estimation, implementation planning and risk identification.

Experience & Qualifications

- 7–12 years of Life Insurance domain experience.
- Experience with Life Insurance policy administration systems.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance products and processes.
- Good understanding of tech stack, APIs, integrations and enterprise applications architectures.
- Presales/consulting experience preferred.
- Robust customer-facing and presentation skills.
