Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for architectural, interior, and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and visualizations for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop realistic interior and exterior renders based on drawings, concepts, and design requirements.
- Prepare 3D views, materials, lighting, textures, and camera compositions.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Revise designs and renders based on client and management feedback.
- Create presentation-ready visuals for client presentations, marketing, and project documentation.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all visual outputs.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.




- Good understanding of architectural visualization, lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic understanding of architectural/interior drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and creative visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural/interior visualization.
- Solid portfolio showcasing 3D renders and visualization projects.
- Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayanagar 7th Block, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
