Minimum 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with 2–3 years in a QA leadership/managerial role

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

● Minimum 3 years of experience leading QA teams.

● Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation using TypeScript or JavaScript.

● Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.

● Strong understanding of test automation framework design.

● Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

● Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Experience working with defect tracking tools such as Jira.

● Knowledge of Git and version control.

● Excellent debugging and analytical skills.





● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

● Experience in performance testing using JMeter, k6, or similar tools.

● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

● Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker.

● Knowledge of security testing fundamentals.

● ISTQB Certification.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
