Project Coordinator

Qualification: B-Tech /MTech/Graduation - Electronics & Communication or related field

Experience: 1-3 years

The role is responsible for end-to-end coordination and Work order management activities, including preparation of quotations, tender compliance, pricing, and handling NDAs. The position oversees order acceptance, invoicing, PO extensions, bank guarantee issuance, closure, and extensions, along with conducting project kick-off activities.

Brief Job Description (Key Responsibilities):-

* Prepare quotations and manage tender compliance, pricing, and NDA documentation

* Handle tender and quotation clarifications and support price negotiations

* Review purchase orders and prepare PORR

* Manage order acceptance, proforma invoices, and PO extension requests

* Coordinate bank guarantees, including issuance, closure, and extensions

*coordinating with production, QA, Internal departments to see work orders are getting completed as per commitment.

* Conduct project kick-off activities and initial coordination

* Clarify work order budgets with cluster, purchase, and finance teams





* Manage work orders and ensure effective inter-departmental coordination

* Prepare billing plans and follow up on milestones and invoices

* Handle post-PO coordination with customers

* Prepare invoices and shipment-related documentation

* Manage logistics and delivery coordination with customers

* Follow up on invoice receivables

* Review and prepare presentations and weekly reports

* Maintain accurate records of POs, billing, bank guarantees, and receivables

* Handle export license applications and statutory filings, including GSTR-1 and MOD returns

Required Skills:-

*Good communication skill, especially English, both written and oral skill

*Valuable understanding and skill in usage of MS office and MSP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
