Description-PLC Programmer-Urgently Hiring

Job Responsibilities

- Develop, program, and modify PLC programs for SPM and industrial automation machines.
- Programming and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Read and understand electrical control circuits, wiring diagrams, and panel drawings.
- Configure and integrate sensors, motors, drives, actuators, and other automation components.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting at the site.
- Identify and resolve PLC and automation-related issues during machine trials and production.
- Coordinate with the Design, Electrical, Assembly, and Project teams for machine development and commissioning.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain PLC/HMI programs, backups, and relevant technical documentation.
- Provide maintenance and technical support for automation machines when required.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo, Sensors, and Pneumatics.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.




- Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machine sequence development and interlocking.
- Willingness to travel for site installation and commissioning, if required.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE / Instrumentation or related field.

Experience

1–5 years of experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, SPM, machine automation, commissioning, or related fields.

Preferred

- Experience in SPM / Industrial Automation / Machine Building.
- Experience with PLC brands such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent.
- Experience in HMI programming and VFD/Servo commissioning.
- Candidates who can independently handle machine programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning will be preferred.
