- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase team productivity and service quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service management frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within ServiceNow to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
