Job Summary

Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects by driving Agile delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating Scrum practices, and ensuring successful implementation of infrastructure and application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Agile/Scrum delivery and project execution. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove delivery impediments. Prioritize and maintain team backlog with Product Owners. Coordinate infrastructure and application deployments. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines. Engage with stakeholders, architects, and technology teams. Ensure project governance, reporting, and documentation.

Skill Requirements

Experience in Technical Project Management and Scrum Master roles. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and ceremonies.



Infrastructure and application delivery management experience. Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and architecture. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Banking domain and Nordea workplace knowledge preferred.

Other Requirements

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. ITIL Foundation knowledge/certification preferred. Experience working in test and non-production environments. Strong planning, risk management, and reporting skills. Ability to work across multiple technology domains and legacy platforms.
