Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant telecalling, customer service, or sales experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
- Record call details, customer responses, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Collect customer information and relevant business data.
- Maintain and expand the customer database.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
- Respect customer privacy and follow applicable telemarketing and Do Not Call requirements.

Additional Languages – Advantage

Candidates who can communicate in any of the following Indian languages will be preferred:

- Malayalam
