We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, organize, and maintain data accurately.
- Analyze data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Use MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and data filtering.
- Identify trends, errors, and inconsistencies in data.
- Prepare charts, summaries, and presentations based on data.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.
- Handle multiple data-related tasks and complete them within deadlines.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI,



and basic SQL will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced Candidates Preffered
