- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Maintain and update HR records, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
- Draft job descriptions and post them across hiring platforms.
- Support onboarding of current hires (documents, welcome kits, orientation).
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities.
- Help in drafting HR documents, policies, and offer letters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
