We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our women’s clothing store specializing in Western and Ethnic Wear.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in clothing, fashion, or retail sales is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable clothing and styles
- Help customers with sizes, colors, designs, and outfit choices
- Explain products and assist customers with purchase decisions
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Arrange, fold, and display Western and Ethnic Wear neatly
- Handle garments carefully during trials, folding, and display
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist with stock and inventory as required

Requirements

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Friendly, polite, confident, and presentable
- Customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Retail or clothing-store experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
