Senior Meta Ads Buyer | Facebook & Instagram Performance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Meta Ads Buyer to take full ownership of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role. We are specifically looking for someone who personally builds, manages, analyzes, and scales Meta Ads campaigns and has a proven record of managing substantial advertising spend.

The ideal candidate has managed $50,000+ in monthly Meta Ads spend and knows how to scale campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS and efficient CPA.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns from launch through scaling.

- Personally monitor campaign performance and make daily optimization decisions.

- Manage and allocate large advertising budgets based on performance.

- Scale winning campaigns while controlling CPA and maintaining ROAS.

- Develop prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.

- Test creatives, audiences, offers, placements, and campaign structures.

- Analyze CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue.

- Identify performance problems and implement corrective actions.

- Manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).

- Provide clear performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads / Facebook Ads experience.





- Proven experience personally managing $50k+ monthly Meta Ads spend.

- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

- Proven experience scaling campaigns with measurable results.

- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.

- Experience with eCommerce and/or Lead Generation campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Strongly Preferred

- Experience managing $100k+ monthly ad spend.

- Previous agency or multi-account experience.

- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple countries or markets.

- Experience working with large eCommerce brands or high-volume lead generation.
