Role & Responsibilities:

- Importance to All the Machines. Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve production targets.
- Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets, and machine scheduling (weekly/daily and shift wise).
- Control inventory and raw material handling.
- Follow 5S & Kaizen and safety work on the shop floor.
- Control and trouble shooting, handling shop floor operations.




- Develop strong motivational relationships and communication with operators.
- Maintain positive housekeeping & discipline on the shop floor.
- Implementation of safety audits,
- Handling of shift and manpower & achive target of machine plan.
- Making daily basis production report.
- Process Improvement & control Screp.

Major determinants for Selection:

Duty for 8 Hrs+4.hrs OT
