Team Managed - S&OP; / planning function; works in close partnership with Warehouse Execution and vendor teams

About the Role

The Senior Manager – Program Manager owns the data and planning backbone of CaaS operations — logistics, inventory, and infrastructure planning — so that decisions across the network are made on real numbers rather than instinct. This role is the counterpart to the Warehouse Execution lead: where execution owns on-ground delivery, this role owns the data, forecasts, and asset/vendor decisions that execution runs against. The mandate spans planning, ERP-driven digitisation, and building the analytics that keep management informed.

Key Responsibilities

- Own logistics and inventory planning across the CaaS network, keeping plans grounded in real-time data
- Plan infrastructure requirements including blast freezers and other capital assets needed for network growth
- Own asset management and resource optimisation across warehouses and freezing stations
- Act as checker/approver for recent infrastructure or resource requirements raised from the field
- Drive ERP implementation and adoption across both customer-facing and internal team workflows
- Ensure all transactions are recorded digitally, closing gaps in manual or offline processes
- Build and manage vendor partnerships; design vendor assessment frameworks and performance scorecards
- Track and report team and vendor performance to management on a regular cadence
- Build dashboards and MIS reporting using Power BI, Python, or other analytics tools to support decision-making




- Partner closely with the Warehouse Execution lead to translate plans into on-ground execution

Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience in logistics or warehousing, with a strong data/planning orientation
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Python, and other data analytics tools
- Experience with ERP systems and driving digital process adoption
- Experience in vendor management, including building performance scorecards/assessments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into operational decisions
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
