Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee our office interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interior design project management along with a working knowledge of MEP systems. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee complete interior fitout projects on-site.




- Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Apply knowledge of interior fitouts and basic MEP systems to address on-site challenges.
- Monitor project progress and enforce quality control measures.
- Prepare regular reports on project status for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in interior fitout project management.
- Basic understanding of MEP principles.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in dynamic project environments.
